Shipping & Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all food items and personal care goods are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, consumed, or used.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 904-469-3818 with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Breakage claims submitted without photo documentation or outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages left outside after confirmed delivery.

If a return is approved for a non-perishable, unused item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, chocolates exposed to heat, or bath and body products once opened.
